Bio:

Assalam W Alaykum! My name is Deema, and I’m so excited to help care for your little ones! I’ve always loved working with kids, and with my experience in both childcare and the medical field, I bring a mix of fun, patience, and responsibility to every babysitting job.

Growing up in a big family, I’ve had the joy of looking after all my younger cousins, and over the years, I’ve cared for children of all ages—from infants to teenagers. I tutored english and math for kids of all ages at Kumon and assisted in karate lessons at Kids Town. More recently, I’ve gained hands-on experience babysitting for families with different needs, ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and engaged. I worked for the International Rescue Committee where I was in charge of taking care of refugee children as well as kids from poor communities, leading activities that were both educational and psychologically beneficial. Whether it’s arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, or simply reading a bedtime story, I love creating a positive and nurturing environment.
With my background in the medical field, safety is always my top priority. I was a nursing assistant at Tracy Nursing and Rehabilitation Center where I took care of the elderly. I have recently renewed my BLS license (CPR and First Aid). You can have peace of mind knowing that I’m prepared to handle any situation with care and confidence. I understand how important it is to find a sitter you trust, and I’d love the opportunity to be that person for your family!
